We have a vision for revitalizing this location, incorporating new construction along Main Street that will garnish as well as influence the emotion of Souderton’s main drive.
The plans for this project include 60,000 square feet of shops and retail space along street level, with 50 large condominium units above governed by an association organization. A pedestrian plaza deck will be constructed, and 400 tenant parking spaces and 190 commercial parking spaces will be included.
